"They don't deserve one star. This is the most unprofessional place that I've ever dealt with. I think they should be investigated for letting whoever that's available handle telehealth and most cannot be certified because they're reading a script and it's not from a caring Dr point of view. Lord help you if you need medicine. You will most likely get it but it will be weeks later. Something fishy is going on at this place and it's by far the worst. They don't care and it shows. You ask them questions and they will tell you that they don't know and they will have to get back with you. They never do. Please for your sake, stay away from this place."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars… I asked if they were in network they said yes… I asked if I had a copay they said no… months later they have racked a bill for 2k and are looking for money. I don’t mind paying my copay but they messed up the billing and are trying to pretend they told me about this earlier. Don’t go to them. They run a bad business and they do not handle their clients in a professional manner. You will need an extra doctor just to get over the stress of dealing with them. Please go somewhere else because they have no idea what they are doing."
