"After receiving referral I called to set up appt. Lore told me Dr Loch was no longer there and to get my referral changed. I did, faxed it to the number she gave myself. Insurance also faxed it. She said they have plenty of availability within 24 hours of them receiving insurance referral. I faxed referral authorization to the number she gave me. I called again. She said she is receiving a fax but then hung up on me. I called again, she blamed computer problem. Okay, she then says she hasn’t received any faxes in almost 2 hours. She also said that even if she got it that it would take 48 hours to call me to schedule and the earliest appt would be next week. She said she works for a separate call center in. Riverside but couldn’t tell me where “for security reasons”. I asked for supervisor. He says it’s Coastal Call Center. Considering they have wasted 2 days already and 5 phone calls, I’m going to go elsewhere. Lore is costing you patients. Avoid the hassle. Be aware they have a few business names which appears sketchy. It could be for legal liability after a lawsuit but I haven’t looked into it."

"Dr Miller is absolutely the best, he’s a great Dr and has always been patient with my questions. After a fall, he has worked with me for months through conservative treatment and recommended me to a wonderful surgeon for my back as he continues to help me through shoulder and neck issues. I’m not sure this is appropriate but I like that he is careful with pain medications. He also found while checking the ankle that I fell on that I had very little pulse in that leg and sent me to the ER. It was found I had a 90 percent blockage in that leg artery and I needed a stent right away. I feel like he saved my life. The staff is great, they fit me in, sometimes at the last minute. I would recommend anyone to Coastal that is dealing with pain issues. I trust them 100% with my health."

"The staff from Ms Patti at the front desk, all the way through the office to include the nurses and doctors, are just fantastic! All are so kind, funny, and down to earth. They're very knowledgeable and are quick to refer to outside specialty doctors when necessary. If you are in need of a pain clinic, I highly recommend this office!"

"I called this morning to try to get some help since I’ve been diagnosed with a bunch of cervical spine issues, my insurance company said that if they faxed over a prior authorization that I would be able to finally get some relief, the first lady I spoke to was very nice on the phone and I was put on hold the second lady that came back was very rude and said we do not take your health insurance and we will not send over a prior authorization! How dare a business talk to somebody like that knowing that they deal with patients they have severe pain! Think twice before you Call them, they seem to not care that people are in pain.There are other respect for ways to talk to a human being than how she did to me"
