"As others have said, the store is very nice. It’s large and well stocked. I also agree with other comments about self checkout. Why have them if you don’t “trust” customers to use them?! I, too, kindly declined the “customer assisted checkout” and scanned my own items. If the store is that worried about theft, they should have put in regular cashier stations so it’s clear to customers what is going on. Instead, there are four or five of what appear to be self checkouts with a line of people as one employee plays cashier at one station. No thanks! I’ll drive to Davenport!"

"Store is really nice but was extremely uncomfortable when shopping the other day, One of the employees asked to scan the items for me at self check out and i kindly refused and scanned them out myself. Instead of walking away he stood infront of the bags so i couldn't bag my items and was literally breathing down my neck."

"store is nice. I love that is fully stocked. However why have self check out if I can't self check out. I was awkwardly holding my stuff as the lady was grabbing it from me. As she's coughing and sniffling all over everything. And it took like 3 or more people in line for her to open another register. Pretty disappointing overall."

"Really weird that on your first day and my next visit the employees make you feel uncomfortable and block the register when you go to the self check out snatch your items and tell you it’s company policy that they scan all your items it’s was weird like I’m not capable to slide and pay for my items. I’ve been at many 5 belows and never ever had this issue they make it like your stealing and y’all literally just open the store up. I won’t be back ever!"
