"Their change machine is constantly down, but they "aren't allowed" to exchange money for quarters in the gas station. You want people to spend their money there but require them to drive somewhere else to get quarters to operate your machines."

"I went to the laundromat tonight and it was filthy. Food, papers and dryer sheets clothes just thrown all over the place. Gum stuck to the table tops. Bathroom wreaks of urine and feces.couldnt even enter without stepping on chips. Parents nonstop on their phones while children are running crazily standing in the baskets for the laundry climbing all over the chairs and parents have no care in the world. My sister and I went to get some snacks and a soda and told the lady about the condition all she said was okay. Ten minutes went by AND shes standing next to the condiments bar on her phone. A few minutes later she comes into the laundry area goes to the bathroom and looks around and says people have no respect then walks away. What are you doing their is a floor etc to clean. . Get off your phone and do something constructive. Like your job that you get paid to do. The last couple months I have had to go their it's been the same occurrence where it is so nasty. They have definitely lost my service. Spent 3 hours there to be completely disgusted."
