He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I finally was able to use the lawnmower today and It exceeded my expectations! The ride was smooth, the cut was professional, and it is so stable on the slopes. Highly recommended!!"

I have now lost a self-propelled lawnmower (July 2022; too expensive to fix) a 2 staged snowblower (December 2022; too expensive to fix as well) , beginning to wonder what needs to be truly “fixed” as my mom had the same snowblower and she had my brother look at it and was told new oil fixed it, but when I had mine looked at it by Roeder, it was $349 fix."

"Friendly people, terrible service. (Short version: 2months 500$ problem not fixed) July 1st I took in my mower for repairs. I was told it would be fixed by the end of the month. So far, no problem. July 28th I called, "it should be done by Aug 5th". August 7th I called "it should be done next Monday" August 14th I called " we have to order a part we'll call you when it's ready" August 21I called "we're waiting on a part" August 23 they called " it's ready come pick it up" I know they can't control the shipping and orders, but they clearly hadn't even looked at it when they were giving me the initial estimates. Delays were frustrating but could be overlooked if everything was fixed. Unfortunately, two months and 500$ later I got my mower home to find that none of the issues I asked to be fixed had been. After the mower belt slipped off again, I looked underneath to find a socket screwed into the deck in place of the tensioner."
