"Very unprofessional on the employees end. Had dominos pizza boxes spread out on the checkout counter, phones hanging out of their pockets, revealing clothing on. Signed me up for the loyalty program without allowing me to hit yes or no on the screen to sign up. Took the pin pad from me and hit yes before I could read it or accept/decline the offer myself. That was extremely unprofessional and I let them know that they should give people the choice instead of making them sign up for something. Will not be shopping here again. Very bad experience."
"Rue21 has always been my favorite store especially when they got the Plus section. I made a trip to my local Rue store on the 4th. Now, usually the minute you walk in someone greets you - never fails. And through out they ask if you're finding everything okay. This visit was the opposite. The girl at the register made eye contact with me and that was it. I felt..out of place and uncomfortable so I left not even five minutes in. The atmosphere was just clouded. Shame. I needed some new clothes. 11.30.19- Although it was "black friday" around 12:30A this morning, Rue was still busy. I didn't realize the mall was closing at 1am (what kind of Black Friday is this?!) and the checkout guy was SUPER slow, talking to this lady who even leaned on the counter all chatty and he was just drinking it up. Mean while there's about five us behind her and he was so so slow. Thanks to him, I didn't even get a chance to check out rest of the mall. Pathetic."
