Police officer showed up on a day I drove to make payment..and advised me not to make any more paynents..that was 2 months ago...no returned phone calls...after I called Terry the salesman .I will be going to a lawyer.."

"Had Tri States install windows in home with a life-time warranty including free replacement if warranty was needed. Have been calling Tri State for one and a half years to get replacement windows due to moisture in the windows. They have not returned calls or acted on the request. We will be taking legal action shortly due to their negligence to their customers. Would NOT recommend."

My sister calls to find out what's going on. Apparently, the guy doing the work called in sick because he was too hung over from the night before. Very unprofessional."
