"We did what all home owner should do and had multiple quotes. I had 2 contractors out of 5 with similar prices that I was already comfortable going with. Centennial was the last quote we planned to get. The guys that came out to quote were very professional, to the point where I was comfortable turning my house over to them. It felt like the project would be problem free, but if something did happen, they would do everything they can to fix it. Only concern was the quote was higher than the other 5. Knowing I had others that I was comfortable with, I told them “if you can do it for the price the others were coming in at, I’ll sign right now.” They made a call to the boss, and came back inside and said “yep, he’s good with that”. I did not have to chase these guys down. The owner stopped out the day it was being done to check up. He came out days after for a final walk through, at the time he said. He was real, not a night mare contractor you see on Netflix. He knows customer service. The crew he used worked fast, long, and hard. I got home from work and thought, these guys need pizza, so that’s what I got :). Turns out they also go cookies during the day. The siding looks fantastic, and was done in a day. Joints got color match caulk, and the custom bent flashing was flawless. I would highly recommend Centennial. The color in the pic is Quiet Willow. The green goes great with the white. We also had the soffits and fascia replaced because they were old and nasty. Only major corners got the white color, and simple inside corners stayed green. All I have left is to reinstall the light fixtures and cameras (I’m an electrician), and decide on shutter style."
