"First, Bob & Joni were great to work with. Bob sat down with me to talk about the options I had. He's the only contractor that looked in my attic and suggested replacing my 10+ year old skylight. Great with the details. There was no pressure and was easy to talk to. Quality workmanship by his crew. I had 2 layers of roof torn off and roof replacement. They did an excellent job of protecting my shrubs and clean up. I can't believe I just found 2 nails (which were hidden). They did a thorough sweep of the yard to pick up debris. "Sieren was recommended by my daughter. They gave a good estimate, with three choices of shingles and price difference, as well as an estimated completion time frame. All the old shingles had to be removed as city code doesn't allow more than 2 layers. This uncovered several unexpected problems on our old roof. These were corrected and work was completed on time. Two of the problems required extra material and labor, which increased the total price, but will correct some ongoing issues we had been experiencing and was well worth the difference. The work crew was hard working and efficient and they cleaned up well when the job was completed."

He replaced our house and garage roof, replaced some gutters and even went out of his way to help us with some smaller jobs that other companies wouldn't come out to do because they were too small.
