"It is unfortunate when you have to leave a highly negative review, but this is pretty warranted for Varsity Plaza Supply at this point. Over a year ago they provided almost $10k in windows for my home. These windows had a manufacturing defect from Anderson Windows. Varsity agreed to replace the window glass but they've since failed to actually do so. They blamed this on delays from the manufacturer initially, but given it is now over a year this really comes down to failure to support their customers. This is highly disappointing and others need to be aware of what may happen with this company."

"Had a sit down meeting with a salesperson Got quotes. Never ever would this company call me back. Left numerous and pleasant messages to please return my call so I could order the windows I needed. After 3 months...I gave up and went to Jacksonville Fl to purchase my 10K worth of windows as I needed them for a whole house project. Unfortunately I am not a long time contractor. I suspect this is one of the reasons why I never got a call back.....maybe because I am a woman??? Sorry. Women actually do this type of work too. Whatever the reason it definitely falls on them. I tried and tried to do business with them as the company was highly recommended by local real estate agents. I will let the agents know Not to recommend this company. And I would be pleased if Varsity would offer me an apology for having ignored me. I could then believe they accidentally lost me in their piles of phone messages."
