"Store is pretty dingy looking. Good selection of house decor. Most clothes are plus size so it was hard to find anything in misses. Prices are very reasonable for majority of the items. The food items don't seem to be fresh in most Roses so I hardly purchase any. The employees don't seem to want to be there so customer service only so-so."

"If your looking for a job DON'T apply they do not properly train you. The Manager Michael just threw on the cashier and did not do a proper training. Plus why go here where anyone can break something on propertie. And glass go everywhere and just give that person a slap on the wrist"

"I just left this roses. We are out of town on a trip and I required an SD card for my phone. I went to the area and it was locked so I could not read the back. It was only $14.99. I asked the cashier (Angie) could i see the item and she informed the other associate (I think she said her name was Dala or Donna) to open the locked section. The associate walked over there with me, grabbed the item and walked away. I was shocked and felt very disrespected. As she walked away, I asked am I able to see the SD card to read the back and she replied with, I have to take it to the cashier, I said but if I can't read it then how do I know it's what I need, she then gave it to me and looked like I was going to steal it. I am a young black female and I really hope this was not because of my race but it definitely felt that way. I do specialize in profiling and really hope they do not treat their regular customers or any other out of state customers this way again. I will not be going back and it honestly makes me not even want to shop at my Roses anymore in my own hometown. I have never had this type of customer service at a Roses before. This was very disappointing."

"First does not cater to smaller women, only full figured women. Second I purchased a pair of jeans that were marked one price but was charged another because the cashier did not pay attention. Lastly it took almost 5 minutes to issue a refund of $1.00. Also had to fill out the refund slip with name, address and phone number. Will never go back to that store. Was never asked if I needed assistance."
