"Purchased a faucet a month or so ago. Cannot find my receipt. My water was turned off to replace the faucet. The faucet turned out to be faulty multiple things wrong called went to Lowe's stress to them like hey. I purchased this from you all. They scan each one of my cards could not find it in their system. For some reason the faucet is on their website. Tell the manager like hey look. I don't need a refund. I just need a new faucet because I have the plumber at my house installing nwater is turned off. My wife and kids are on the way home. He refused to exchange because I had no receipt. He basically told me I stole the faucet which is false. I just can't remember how I paid for it. Some people have more forms than two or three methods of payment! Cannot find the receipt. Called again and said hey look I don't need a refund. Just need a new faucet so I can have it install and I have my water turnt back on and he said tough luck Loyal Lowe's customer now will be a loyal home Depot customer Ps. Home Depot offered to return the faucet to exchange the faucet with no receipt. When I went in after the Lowe's manager told me I then purchased it from Lowe's. I went to home Depot, they said yes, we'll exchange it. Just go grab you another one. That's when I realize that I actually got it from Lowe's. Home Depot pulled it up on the Lowe's website printed it out. I called the store again and the manager once again told me you don't have any proof of purchase. Tough luck"

"Sileyda who works in windows and blinds is phenomenal. I recently moved and my boyfriend and I have been in there multiple times getting blinds and bringing them back in for more trimming. She is so patient and always gave us a beautiful smile everytime we came back. Lowe’s is so lucky to have her."

"Was having some issues with an online order being stuck "in progress" since yesterday. Decided to go to the store location and team was very helpful and curtious to resolve our issues. Mr. Lucas was our hero of the day and was able to locate our items quickly and professionally- extremely knowledgeable on the stores layout and inventory. Thanks to his and the store teams diligence and attention to detail we are able to complete our project and look forward to continue to be satisfied lowes customers. "Fraud. Bought new appliances on a new Lowes card only to discover we did not get 12 months interest free and are being charged 28% interest per month. If you open a credit card to get the interest free payments for a year, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. They are now telling me that I chose a 20% discount of up to $100 instead of 12 month interest free payments. That is insane. Why would I choose that? You hear about fast talking salesman, but I never thought that would happen at Lowe’s. He told us we would have 20% discount off anything we bought the day we opened the credit card and 12 months free interest and an extra hundred dollars off if we bought two GE appliances. Now Lowe’s is saying the hundred dollars off on the receipt is the 20% discount that we chose instead of the interest free payments. So with the high interest and lack of discounts we are going to end up paying at least $1000 more than was promised. Really disappointed. We trusted Lowe’s. Needless to say, we will be shopping from local stores in the future."

"I love our Lowe’s here in Brunswick. The manager and employees are so respectful of our military and veterans. I’m a gold star and went in looking for a patio rug. I’m on a limited budget since my husband’s death in Iraq. I approached Terry and asked how much he’d like for the display rug which was taken off the floor and he gave me a deal on the one I wanted and another I wasn’t even looking at. No he didn’t know what my situation was he just did it. It’s not the first time either when I give my phone number to the cashier for them to ring me up every time I go in for a purchase the first thing they say is your military thank you for your service.
