"Instantly getting inside the door, a lady named Angie seemed very aggressive with her approach to help me get my license plates. Her demeanor and the way she talked to me made me very uncomfortable due to how rude and blunt she was being. There’s nothing wrong with getting straight to the point don’t get me wrong, but the rudeness behind it was undeniable. I wanted so badly to request that my services come from a different employee but no one else was available and I was in a hurry. If you ask me the customer service at this place can be so much better. Another thing that makes me feel this way is the fact that she took a call and instantly complained about the people she was talking to over the phone when they ended the call. It was very unnecessary complaining and it’s also not very professional of her to be talking about those things so loudly for all customers sitting on the chairs to hear. It just showed the kind of bitter person she is."
