"Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!! Hardest people to talk to about anything and never get same answers dont go by thier own rules then you or anybody the choose to pay for it. No matter its gonna go deep in your pocket!! I know there is really hard working people that work there but the whole office needs to be fixed as bad as the water here does and quit favoring certain people to help and charge the ones that struggle to keep your yards, trees maintained while your nieghbor can have trees cut down that arent in lines..I could go on and on....Need major changes and show how hometown you are bet they would do lot lot better..."

"Horrible customer service. Horrible workers from the supervisor down. And the water breaks you out full of rust and dirt.They charged me a ridiculous amount to turn my utilities back on 90 dollars total. Plus an additional 40 dollar fee to pay their employee to come and turn my utilities back on. I have reached out to the president if nothing is done I will be speaking with the better business bureau."

"Ridiculously high rates for a small town. Water is contaminated and they still want to keep hiking the rates up on us. It's getting to the point people can't afford to pay their bill anymore. N there not very much services out there to help you funding wise to pay ur bill."
