"I have been seeing Dr Cornwell for 39 years. I was so pleased with his care, I am devastated that he has retired. I have been trying to get an appointment with another Dr. and so far I have tried twice, and both have been told that they don't have room for another patient. I need a primary care Doctor. Am I just to old to be considered for medical care after all these years ?"

"I had a significant medical issue and when I left the ER in the evening hours, I had trouble getting my medication. I contacted the after hours number for this practice and Dr. Cornwell called me back. He worked for an hour or two, up to 10 PM to help resolve the problem between my insurance and the pharmacy to help me get my medication. I was very impressed and very grateful for this effort."

"I’ve had a terrible experience with routine things such as 1: they haven’t added me to the portal, despite many requests; 2: they have not reactivated orders for a bone scan, a mammogram and a colonoscopy, all preventive health maintenance tests that I postponed due to covid; 3: They did not discuss in any way, the tests included in my routine bloodwork and this prevented me from asking if it was advisable to include certain tests that I wished to have done; 4: I had to make several trips to get a shingles vaccine because they mistakenly advised me the vaccine was free at the pharmacy. My deductable was the same at the pharmacy or in the docs office so I preferred the docs office; 5: They do not want to give any care that is not 100 per cent covered by insurance, despite my ability to pay such costs."

"I quarantined early because I have an autoimmune disorder, and after putting me on a statin medication decides to ‘dismiss’ me because I missed an appointment. They will also charge you, but even if you pay it, your doctor, I’m sorry, nurse practitioner, can risk your heart health during a pandemic. 0/10 would not recommend. Good luck finishing up that doctorate though, NP Record."
