"Screwed us out of a title and now six years later we can't even sell our house and they will not fix the mistake even though we signed a title policy that they are to make sure there is no lien or mishaps and if so they should fix it. The title that was never brought to us is apparently in the previous owners names and guess what now we can't sell it even though it was paid off 5 years ago. So now I'm out of options I even tried to reach out to the previous seller the tax commissioner the courthouse the new closing place and all of it falls back on them and they will not fix it. Don't go here because they won't fix screw-ups even though they got paid for this and we have a policy this place sucks"
