"In all my business transactions I have never worked with such an amazing businessman! I purchased a large 3 tier cake pop stand from Mike. It is absolutely beautiful, however; I just want to highlight the customer service. Mike has videos on how to put the stand together which we followed and it worked out great. After a few uses, a wedding venue employee took it apart. I had to quickly put it back together before another event and it was extremely wobbly. I called Mike thinking there was a defect. He directed me to take it apart and we had a facetime call where he walked me through the steps in how to put it together. He explained each step. Was so patient and helpful. The stand is as sturdy as ever. I am extremely impressed with his willingness to help and he goes above and beyond! I will be ordering from him again!!"
