"Scam car wash!!!! No posted signs for minimum $15 charge in self car wash areas. If you scan your card the machine will not turn off until the 20 minute mark at $15. If I wanted to pay that price I’d run it through an actual car wash. SCAM artists with no phone numbers to call."

"When I hit end on the credit card wash it said $8.00 total. I check my credit card statement and it says I was charged $12.00. Not to mention half the time equipment doesn't work right such as spot free rinse in bay 1. Seems to be a common occurrence with this place. I won't be back ever again."
"Normally use the drive thru which I’ve had good experience with, but both drive thrus were closed so opted for $3.00 wand wash just to rinse off the car. Didn’t have 12 quarters in my pocket so used credit card. Done after 3-4 minute's, machine would not stop when I selected STOP on the dial…just continued running for another 9 minutes or so, and then charged $15.00!!!!! Rip off….."
