"Found a parking lot area close to Sugarfire. The parking ticket machine was not functioning after I tried to obtain a parking pass several times. Since the machine was not working we parked to go eat. Upon returning to our vehicle their was a gentleman printing out citations. I bet he ticketed every car on that lot from the paper slips in all the windows. I asked him to explain why the machine didn't work. Of course, he had to show me it worked just fine (now). I olitely advised I wasn't trying to get free parking but $40 for the machine 'not working' was ridiculous. Beware if parking in STL!!!"

"I would rate this company 0 stars if I could! Paid for my parking through the app just to learn after that there was an error on their end with processing and I received a ticket! I appealed the ticket due to the error and decline the appeal without even acknowledging the error."

"Parking for the river cruise has issues. Lots of trash and sharp objects. Difficult to walk on the uneven surface. And - no discount for disabled military veterans. $10.00 was too much."

"Predatory practices. They are the type of company that looks for ways to extract rent even when not actually providing anything. They require 30 days notice when canceling your parking spot so that they can get another month of rent off of you. If you need medium term parking I'd look for another option if possible as they prefer to extract value from people for nothing over providing an actually good service."

"Abandoned Cars with Broken windows, ceilings that leak “hard water” on your car that will not come off. Homeless people asking for change at every exit. Vehicles way to large parking where you cannot navigate to exit properly, with nothing being done about it. Almost as good as street parking."
