"It can take you over an hour to find a spot! Plan ahead This review is about the Plaza Garage not the hospital. The garage is terrible and staffed poorly. This has to be creating problems for people with appointments with doctors inside the building because I spent literally an hour waiting and looking for a spot to open up. Please factor that into your plans or you could miss your appointment Also they did not have wheelchairs here when I was told ahead of time they would be available in the garage I hate leaving bad reviews but this place fails in every way. My experience with the hospital and the doctors themselves were excellent but the garage, I would imagine it would benefit them financially to fix this. I mean really it is so bad, I really would prefer to see a doctor somewhere else.."

"All the Healthcare people from the moment you walk in are so nice and helpful and very explanatory... it's confusing for out of state drivers that don't know the layout of it all. I must say the worst thing is the parking fees... even when you have a FREE parking pass... you better have some money on you cause it's NOT FREE and the arm won't let you go through if it's not paid.."
