"I went in for my first visit due to symptoms of fibromyalgia. I called ahead to see what my co pay would be and told what type of insurance I have and what my share of cost was, I was told my co pay would be $3. When it came time for my app I was told it would be 100, 75 for visit and 25 for new patient. I even corrected the receptionist stated how when i made the app I was told only $3. She asked who told me, I said her. Everytime I call she answers, I believe her name is precious, and she is rude and she herself lied about my co payment and instead of apologizing about her mistake she blamed it on me and when my husband tried to speak to the office manager she kept chiming in and interrupting. I would not recommend this office until they better train there receptionist because as i have now learned im not the first she has done this too or the first she had been rude to. However ive been told there doctors were wonderful, but if i were a doctor id expect my staff to be a reflection of myself. So ill be going somewhere else from now on"
