"The staff are really nice. However, this is the worst car wash I have ever used. I bought an unlimited wash package and the Brentwood location has been closed for a week with no explanation why. The washes I was able to get during the month were terrible. The system does not rinse the soap from the car completely and wax is applied on top of the soap. The result is a terribly spotted finish and the residual soap grabs all the dirt and dust making the car very dirty again within a day or two. There are also no vacuums available. They offer a deep discount for unlimited washes the first month, but what is the point if it does not clean the car and if the wash is closed for business? Save your money and go elsewhere."
