"My experience was good, the forklift operator was very nice and respectful. He docked me right away and started loading. It seems there O/N parking is available. There are trucks now parked with curtains closed and there's no guard shack or security that you have to go through to enter...and I appreciate the great reviews here left by other drivers because they stated to exit on 190 NOT 191 and they were correct. Once you exit in 190 it's a quick left...the gos will do the rest from there. Be safe and stay blessed guys."

"Drivers are you lucky in life? If you’re not avoid this place because you may come in and out in an hour if you’re lucky. If not, like me, it may take days. I came here Friday night for my appointment and after one hour they told me my pick up number is wrong and there is no such load. The broker told me to wait but he couldn’t solve it in 11 hours so I left for Flying J because I was running out of fuel while waiting. And after one day broker called me and said the load is ready this time for sure and I have to go and get it asap. Because of this load my next load was canceled too so I had no other choice but come back here around 12 pm. And they told me this load will be ready at 4 am next day!!!! But all other trucks are coming in and out fast. I don’t know in my case, whose fault it is but if I were you, I wouldn’t gamble here but take other loads. Another tricky thing is Garmin shows a forbidden route!! DO NOT TAKE exit 191 to come here because you can’t!! Exit 190 is the only way!!!"

"Do not take exit 191 just keep going and take exit 190 make a left right after you take the exit and follow your google map it should take you there with no problem. Read the sign for shipping or receiving. If need shipping go all the way down to the last building look for door 28 it should be second door on your left and it’s hidden. Good luck."

"As a truck driver I’ve been here several times and each time I’ve waited over two hours to be unloaded. It supposed to be 24/7 fcfs. When I’ve tried to inquire about why it’s taking so long, employees standing in the distance will look at you but not even acknowledge that your there. Two and half hours later and no one has even picked up my pw from the clipboard you have to leave it on. SMH."

"Attention Truckers: The trucker friendly way I used to get here from I-55 is taking exit 190 and head southeast on Richardson Rd. Than make right onto Jeffco Blvd (HWY 61) than a left onto Telegraph Rd (231). Than make a left onto Arnold Tenbrook Rd. Continue northbound and your see the facility on your left at an intersection. There's more than 1 way to get here, trip plan and make the best decision for you. The driveway to this place is a bit tight so go slow here. If this is your 1st time picking up here, weather its live load or drop-n-hook, ask the shipping department on what to do and they should help you without any trouble. Shipping is in the large building with the entrance door being on the west side. The shipping door is labeled #28 with "no smoking" sign and "ear protection required"."
