"RUDEST COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH, DO NOT USE. I have a large retail maintenance and construction company that services all the major brands and outlet stores for the entire southeast US. I called Paint & Tile with a multi-thousand dollar offer, and as my colleague was explaining the job, they hung up on her. Thinking it was a disconnect, we called back. No apology, they said they thought it was a recording, we said well, it's not. And what did you think of the job? Is it something you could do? They said well out name is paint and tile, you can look all the rest up, including typical prices. And hung up on us again. So bizarre. We called back and said, look I don't know what you think is happening here, but you're being extremely rude, we're real people here. We're trying to give you business at multiple locations. They hung up again. We called back and said 'We will be reviewing and blacklisting you from the brands we service.' Turns out they did us a favor being so rude off the bat- thank goodness we didn't find out their true colors after agreeing to work with them! Save yourself the trouble as well and do not use this company. No idea how they're still in business."

"Rudest company ever. Not only were they incredibly insulting over the phone when I was asking for a quote on a job, they hung up on me twice. The first time I thought it was a mistake so I called back, the second time they gave me a recommendation of a different company, when I asked them for the contact information of the recommendation, they told me I could " look it up myself". Do not use this company!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!"
