"I gave them one star even though this is not related to buying a car with them it's related to my experience as delivering food to them I delivered to Chevrolet in Waycross a $600 food order that entailed six huge large bags from surcheros And if you know anything about them they do catering orders this was definitely a catering order, I was paid $3 from DoorDash and they left me absolutely $0 in tip and 100° weather hot outside it just really blew my mind just thought people would like to know how their customer service relationship can be I'm out here just trying to feed my family I had 16 mi till I ran out of gas in my car at this time no food in my fridge and while I know these aren't anyone else's problems I still feel as though I could have been treated with a little bit more dignity and I guess you have to be buying a card from them for them to do that . I was hopeful they had changed since my last experience with them which was also extremely negative I went in a almost 2 years ago looking to purchase something and I made it very clear to the lady who was helping me that I did not want any credit pull to be done that would affect my credit whether it be soft or hard impact I made that extremely clear my husband did as well said this numerous times she verbalized to me absolutely unequivocally this would not happen well that was the biggest lie I ever heard It's been almost 2 years now and it's still impacting my credit score and it's still on my credit report do not trust these people. Needless to say I bought a Ford instead couldn't be happier with my car"
