"I recently went there for two, side-by-side, root canals at the same time. They were very accommodating to me as I had a couple physical problems at the time that made it hard for me to be in the position for him to work on my teeth. They were very mindful of my discomfort, told me exactly what was happening and what the results from the actions were. I had told them, this was something that would help me with my anxiety. They made sure that any questions I had were completely answered! The only pain I had during the process was when I was getting the shots for the numbing process. I would very definitely recommend this office for anybody discussing with their dentist for a referral for root canals!"

"I went to this facility to have a root canal I was referred by my dentist and I see you received very good care from the dentist. At the time of the procedure I paid $295 out of pocket, for a procedure that costs just under $1,000. My insurance company provided payment for their portion of the services I received and I was billed the additional $108 for the services provided. So even though the service provider had received over 90% of the payments due for the services provided they turned me into a collection agency for the delinquency of payment after 23 days after I received the first notification VIA mail. I went directly to the office that day with $108 in my hand and tried to pay my bill and I was told by their office manager that she cannot accept payment that it's already been turned over to collection agency. I don't understand why it was turned over to a collection agency after 24 days of non-payment even though they've received over 90% payment for the services provided. As I mentioned before the dental staff was very good but the office Personnel leave a lot to be desired."
