"I highly recommend this location! The hygienists are very sweet, knowledgeable and amazing at the way they clean teeth! I recently had a cavity fill for the 1st time and the dentist and hygienist did great at walking me through and calming me down for the worst part (the numbness injection into my gums). They also have very reasonable prices for their basic dental services."
"I am so sorry but I previously left a review by mistake thinking that it was for a veterinary office that I had recently visited. I said that the front desk gal could improve on her people skills and that is certainly not true in this office. Every one in this office was great to work with!. "I had a nice experience today. I was late and felt terrible, thinking my appointment time was 15 later than what it was scheduled as. They were nice and got me in anyway vs having to reschedule. I appreciated that. The Hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The doctor was very concise in going over the treatment plan and I was immediately given an out of pock estimate for each visit so we could plan accordingly."
"I had gone to Midwest on many occasions and my experience was always professional and pleasant until 7-26-23. I had a hygienist that was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked about what a future dental procedure entailed, she acted as if it angered her that I would question a procedure. Ummm, excuse me, but this is MY mouth and body and I have the right to ask questions, before anyone does a thing to it."
