"Just had a terrible experience and would not recommend going here especially if you are looking to get Invisalign. I had been going to the same dentist my entire life. About 5 or so years ago he told me I would be a great candidate for Invisalign as my jaw has fallen forward causing me to have an overbite. At the time I was not in a place where I could afford that. I then lost my insurance through my parents and my childhood dentist does not accept my new insurance. I am now in a lot better of a financial situation so I started the process of finding a new dentist who does Invisalign which lead me here do to the great reviews. My cleaning was excellent and I absolutely loved my hygienist. The doctor however I was not fond of. She came in quickly looked over my pictures, whispered behind me about my history and concerns with the hygienist which I found odd because I was sitting right there she could have asked me, and then very quickly looked at my teeth and told me that they where going to recommend me to Ortho. When I explained my situation and how my previous childhood dentist said I was a great candidate for Invisalign I was told my jaw is “too deep” (whatever that means) and I’d have to see an Orthodontist and then to “Have a good day” and she left. That was it. Less than 5 min in the room with me. She was very impersonal and didn’t explain anything. My insurance does not cover orthodontics that is why I wanted to get my Invisalign done at a dentist office. I understand the Invisalign itself will not be covered but my appointments and checkups would still be at least partly covered instead of completely out of pocket. I do not understand why my childhood dentist who knows my entire dental history would tell I’m a great candidate for Invisalign if that was not the case. I will be getting a second opinion. My partner has a lot of anxiety around the dentist and was wanting to try going here because of all the wonderful things mentioned about easing dental anxiety but with how uncomfortable I felt in the chair I will be recommending him to go elsewhere and I’d recommend anyone else to save your time and do the same."

They took care or Mr when I lost my filling at the last minute, even went ahead to submit a referral on my behalf for a fllow on appoint to have a root canal performed. I would recommend this establishment to future patients who’s looking for a staff to support all needs."
