"This is a fairly good car wash. For $30 a month I get unlimited washes for 1 car. My only complaint is I wish I could buy a family plan to cover all our vehicles."
"They never have towels out to dry your car after and the tire shine more of an inconvenience than it is good. I started with the most expensive membership and I have gone down a few levels because of the tire shine. It’s great on the tires but it slings everywhere and my wheels (not the tires) are just coated in chunks of it every time which makes it very annoying and it barely cleans my wheels good enough anyway."
"Recently purchased a monthly membership as a first time Club Car Wash customer. I took my 2022 KIA Telluride through the MVP wash and it damaged the window trim on both sides of my car. I immediately submitted the claim while still there. They responded a few days later, “This is a known issue with that make and model and there is nothing we can do. We will not turn away business and do not expect employees to know every make and model with issues.” I am supremely disappointed that I was not warned when I purchased the package and that nothing was done to assist once the damage was done."
