"The manger of the place is not a people person she has ran more people out of their and they really just left the area because of mangament system their no one to follow up a over the manger if you have issue with . You sure can tell the property manager running people out because you can see so many lot just pull out in 7 months I left . And the rental of the same people just went up a lot people should go out of the county or look for some better the this outfit the take over Warrenton."

"The property owners are over bearing and make up rules as they go there are a lot of undesirable people in this trailer park and yet they continue to harass and bother the people who pay their lot rent and do not bother other people . They raise a lot rent every year by $20 for maintenance purposes and yet there is no maintenance being done on the trailer park ELS properties is a large conglomerate with Mass properties in smaller towns they take over and monopolize just to raise the rent to where people cannot afford to live in the town any longer"
