The staff, I wish I had names because we interracted with a few of them, were Always kind and inviting. "I came in to shop at 8:50 before you closed.. as soon as I walked in your employee Dakota started huffing and puffing that I was there, making it obvious that he wanted me to leave and that I was wasting his time. I picked what I wanted real quick, rang out, got out of there before 9 o’clock, and as I walk out the door I can hear him screaming at the top of his lungs at me because of how angry he was that I came in .. now he has to fix the register. That employee is a psychopath and I assure you I will not be back to spend 100 more dollars there again."

"I went in to buy a new Vape mod. I spent over $120 and that included a battery which was the wrong battery for my vape model. When I called back I was told that I would have to pay a fee on that battery even though I had not even used it because it wasn't the correct one. I got rushed off the phone by the girl who didn't even take my name and I won't go back to get it replaced at this point because I won't go back to that store anymore. If they don't know what they're selling and screw something up they should be held accountable for not charging me a fee and making me come back to the store besides that because of their error not mine"

"I was a menthol smoker who absolutely did not want to vape. I don't like ANYTHING fruity or flavored. I have been on the hunt since I quit smoking to find the perfect, strictly MINT vape. Everytime I go in your store, Jay is so helpful. She takes the time to answer all my annoying questions about each vape I'm interested in, explaing the different flavors to me in order to help me find the next best thing from my menthol cigs. She provides excellent service. From one ex menthol smoker to another, thanks Jay! My only wish for your store is to be able to sample the vapes. I hate buying one not knowing if I will like it or not. I'm sure others would appreciate that as well :)"
