"The only reason they get this many stars is because they have air conditioning on a hot summer day, but other then that the place is a joke. They hire anybody, that knows nothing about cars besides how to start them. And mess them up. Very un-knowledgable. I’ve gave them over 10times of going there to give them benefit of the doubt but they let me down like a wet dog on a cold winter night. Now that’s a lot"

"Not happy with auto zone at all!! They literally gave me the wrong part 3 times. The first picture is the right ujoint that O’Reillys got right the first time. Auto zone kept telling me I was wrong and the part in the second picture was the right part. They supposedly didn’t make the ujoint as big as I needed. Which they were wrong again. I even brought the whole axel up there to them and they still continued to tell me it was the right one. They still didn’t admit they were wrong or apologize after all the trouble and trips up there I did. They also gave us the wrong calibers. Very disappointed in them and will not be back ever."
