"I always get the best service at this Valvoline location! They do an in-depth explanation of each service and what they offer without pushing any unnecessary purchases. When I asked them to check my cabin air filter as well, it needed to be replaced and even though they don’t carry it in-stock they went out of their way to send someone to a local hardware store to grab one and install it for me. They’re very quick, professional, and friendly!"

"Went to the warrenton location for the first time, Thursday Aug. 15. Asked for a full synthetic oil change. Had a $15 off coupon. Cost was $86. Service was very efficient and fast. When asked if I wanted a receipt, I elected to have it e-mailed. Never got it. Now I noticed my oil change sticker says due in 3,000 miles. Don't know if I got full synthetic or not. Probably won't take any of my vehicles back. Frustrating."
