"brought my 2015 dodge truck to them to have a new rear axle seal installed they said they could do it in a day took them longer than what they quoted me time wise and within 7 months my axle seal is already leaking worse then it was when I brought it to them, when I had them replace the axle seal they said the grease ruined the brake pads so I told them to go ahead and replace those as well since it was already in the shop and after about about 3.5 months with "new" pads they were making rubbing noise so I called up there and got blown off couldn't get a call back. so yesterday is when I noticed my axle seal when bad so I called there today and talked to i think his name was Greg and was told they wouldn't do anything to help"

"They just sold my son 4coil packs for his car. They charged him $719 for 4 coil packs not including labor l went to the Denso website where they are listed for $61 a piece."

"Worst mechanic shop that my husband and I have ever delt with. I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday night and they told me it would be looked at on Thursday. I never received a call from them. I called Friday and left a vm and never got a call back. I called Monday and never got a call back. Finally today (ONE WEEK LATER) WE CALLED THEM again and they told me my grille shutter is bad. I'm no dummy. My vehicle is sputtering, that has nothing to do with the grille shutter. I called a couple mechanics in Warrenton and Wentzville to see what they thought about this and they said that "that absolutely doesnt sound like the issue" and reffered me elsewhere. Upon calling and setting up this appointment i was told they do free estimates. I just went to pick up my vehicle because theres no way in hell I'm allowing them to touch my vehicle and they tried to charge me over $100, just for looking at it. They were rude, and YES MAYS SERVICE IM COMING TO THIS PLATFORM FOR MY REVIEW, I SEE THATS YOUR FAMOUS LINE NOW. WE BROUGHT UP OUR ISSUES WITH YOU ALREADY. ALSO, IF YOU ALREADY LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE AND KNEW "FOR A FACT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS" WHY WHEN I PULLED UP TODAY WERE YOU GUYS JUST HANGING OUT IN MY CAR? We should've read all of the recent reviews. Since the new owners have come along they have had nothing but a bad reputation. If I could leave no stars I would. GET IT TOGETHER!"

I ended up having to take my car somewhere else Because we asked to have this spark plugs replaced When we were having our alternator done, they refused and said it didn't need it. We in fact, knew it needed it. They could have just said they didn't want to do it."
