"Had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Jetta. Brandon Sutton was amazing to work with. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable about the car and different options. We have purchased several cars through the years and this is hands down the best experience we have had. Kudos to Brandon and Texas for taking great care of us."
"Jay Ringer was absolutely AMAZING!! Definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. He was time efficient, and so kind!"
"This was my first service at this dealership. It is much closer to my house than the dealership where I purchased my car so since the warranty is up, I decided to take it closer to home. I thought the recommended service on vehicles was pretty standard, so did not bring all of the paperwork showing what work had been done when. It took 30 minutes to get my car checked in because I was not sure what of the over $2000 of recommended service needed to be done because I didn’t know off the top of my head, whether those things had already been done. After the very long discussion and my husband coming in to help decide what things needed to be done, we agreed on about $600 worth of service. We also told them there was a recall notice we had gotten in the mail just after scheduling this appointment about a month ago (this was the soonest appointment) . The man checking our car in did not seem to know what the recall was about, but said if we wanted the recall taken care of we could not get our car back until Monday. Being Friday at 11:30 AM when we checked the car in we decided we will have the recall done another time. I am not familiar with their system of talking to you about your car and felt a little lost when I got the text message with the recommendations. There was a place where I could decline or approve the service, but no one came to talk to me about those items. I had seen them move my car into the delivery area about 5 minutes before I got the text with the recommendations. I text my brother to ask his opinion and searched online for about 15 or 20 minutes to see if I could figure out if I needed to do those things today or they could wait. I waited a few more minutes and still no one came so I went to the desk where I checked in and had just seen the guy who checked me in, but no one was there. Another gentleman saw me standing at the desk and came out of his office to help me. I told him I had a question about the transmission fluid needing to be replaced. He was very nice and looked my car up to get information that allowed him to give me an answer based on what we thought had probably been done previously. As I was getting ready to leave to pay for my service, he asked me to wait a minute because he remembered something that may give my entire service history on my car even though their dealership is not linked to the one where I purchased my vehicle. The first guy who checked me in kept asking if we kept the receipts from our service that had been done on this vehicle over the last six years that I’ve owned it and telling me how they have no way of knowing what service was done at a previous dealership. The guy who came out to help me from the office said he would check Carfax and see if the information was there. Low and behold the entire Service history of my car other than one oil change I had done at an independent place was right there. He very nicely printed, the Carfax for me so that I can go home and use the print out the first guy gave me of all the things they wanted to do to my car and check to see if they have been done. My rating of the guy who checked me in would warrant one or two stars, but the second guy gave me five star service. I am averaging that out along with the waiting area being sparse and not very comfortable to give three stars. I took two videos of what I assume is the waiting area for service . The first video has no television and pretty uncomfortable furniture. The second video shows an area with a television, but it is more out in the middle open area so you can’t really hear the television to actually pay attention. I guess I was spoiled at the previous dealership that is farther away from my house because they have a really nice coffee machine where you can pick from about nine different hot drinks. They also have bottled water, small cans of soda and a few kinds of snacks in that area. The furniture at the old dealership is also much more comfortable. Now I have to decide whether an hour longer drive is worth the difference in service and comfort"
"Our sales guy was Brandon - extremely knowledgeable, polite, and just an overall easy person to work with. Jason, the sales manager was very efficient & friendly-you can tell he takes care of his customers so everyone has a great experience. And Texas, our sales person answered all the questions, clarified any confusion-she made us very comfortable."
"Great communucation and I was satisfied with the purchasing process. There was minimal pressure and financing went smoothly. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to purchased a new or used car from a reputable dealership."
