"Typically service has been great. My last two times coming in was not great. First time I was told my air and cabin filter needed changed. Next time they both passed and I never got time to change them. This time I stopped by to grab the keys and pick up vehicle later. Come to find out I was given the key to someone else’s vehicle. I will be back because I bought the service package, hopefully it gets better.."

"I needed an oil change for our minivan. I set up the appointment on the Auffenberg website easy-peasy. We dropped off the vehicle the night before with their drop-off box, and let the service department take it from there. I received notification of the inspection and recommended repairs, made my input, and then was contacted by the Service agent--Brock--that the vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up! We picked up the vehicle a couple of hours later after paying for the service, and were on our way! Since we have taken our vehicle to Auffenberg in the past, the service record had everything documented and I didn't have to pay for service that was not needed at the time!
