"I've dealt with over 300 UPS stores with my business and this is the absolute worst experience. TRAVEL A FEW MORE MINUTES TO ANY OTHER UPS STORE. Unless of course you love being wrongly charged, beyond rude employees, they will say they do one thing and guess what THEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGES?!"

"The customer service I received on Tuesday at this store was absolutely disgusting. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism was unbelievable. I tried to call and ask questions, the gentleman who answered kept cutting me off and then hung up in my face. I went into the store and I was treated like a "black person" who did not belong in their store or at the counter. A corporate complaint has been filed. She reviewed my receipt as well and the entire transaction was indeed done wrong. This is what I was trying to explain but instead, I was handled as if my money spent didn't matter because of my color. I am SO grateful my son recorded everything.."

"Best UPS Store experience I’ve had. I was instantly greeted upon arrival, the associate knew exactly what to do, and I was in and out within a minute. Everyone was friendly and quickly assisting customers."

"Visited this location on 10.31.23 and had a very awful experience with a young lady at this location. Very snotty and rude. I was charged a fee to return an Amazon item which usually doesn't happen. I contacted Amazon and was told that wasn't supposed to happen but they would refund me. I went back into the store to return the items d pay the fee this time going to a different clerk. This same young girl walks up behind him and says "7.00 dollars!" as if just because I chose to have someone different check me out that would bypass the fee! She was completely rude and as long as she's here I won't return to this location to do returns! Don't treat me like I'm some kind of crook!"

"This store receives an overwhelming amount of Amazon return packages. It’s much more than they should be able to handle. Yet the young staff are always friendly, courteous, respectful, smiling, gentle, and always receives you with a greeting and a dismissal. This is a young crew, so that says a lot. Amazing staff. !!!"
