"This was a very positive rental experience. The car was beautiful and was ready for us, and the check in process went well. However, what really made this place stand out was Mirick. We got confused regarding their hours of operation and came to return the car early. Instead of making us wait until they were open, which would have been fair, Mirick checked us in when he was not on the clock. This was way above and beyond, and we were so appreciative that he was willing to use his personal time to assist us so we could be on our way. Mirick is a great employee and an asset to Enterprise!"

"I rented a car here for 2 days while in the area. I had originally rented a sportscar through the enterprise app but I received a call a few days before my arrival saying they probably wouldn't have one and they aren't quite sure why those are given as an option to rent. I was a little bummed cuz I wanted to drive a fast fun car but I appreciated the phone call. Check in/check out easy, the car I got was nice, and the prices were reasonable."

"Highly recommended. I reserved a vehicle with this location for 4 days for a trip down to the southern part of Missouri. My train from Chicago to St. Louis was running very late (3.5 hours). Ty, (a very nice gentleman) who I spoke to on the phone offered to wait for me until 6 pm (they close at 5:30 PM) so I can still get the car, but as luck would have it, I didn't make it in time so my reservation was cancelled. The next day, I took a chance and went to the same location anticipating multiple issues with getting a car but lo and behold, the staff gave me no issues or hassles, gave a me a clean nice car, wished me a good trip and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Kevin, who assisted me that day was very nice, respectful and everyone working there that day knew what good customer service is. When I returned the car a couple of days later, Kevin, was also there and helped me with returning the car easily - didn't even spend 10 minutes there even though there were a lot of customers. This is a great enterprise location. All the workers who are there do a fantastic job."

"Great experience. Leo was our rep and the dude was ace at customer service. Got em set up perfectly with the vehicle I needed (minivan). Polite informative and professional. Even was there on dropoff and was great to chat with him again. Great lad!"

"We had a few bumps in our experience but it was nothing your crew at 2233 Washington Ave couldn't handle. Tanner was great! He was personable, professional and attentive. Our 50th Anniversary party couldn't have happened without their attention to detail and support. Both Tanner and Zach remembered us upon our return days later and greeted us immediately. I can say from experience that your business supercedes the others in your industry by those types of individuals. I'll always cross state lines to come here first!"
