"I went to get my O2 sensor changed and the mechanic didn't know which one to change, even though I told him it's the one after the CC. A week later my car reads 2C32, basically stating the my O2 sensor is in the wrong place. After calling and telling them that they wanted to charge me $150 for them to fix their mistakes. My part was warranted and when I asked for it I was told that it was thrown away. Now I have the take it to a new shop that will mend the issues and cost me to fix what I already paid to fix it. If you can't do a job don't accept it. A mechanic who knows what he/she is doing should know where the part goes irregardless of what a customer who looked on a diagram, with the mechanic, says. If you know what you're doing you do what you know and not what someone else tells you. When I go to BMW and tell them to put something somewhere they redirect me to the correct way of things. He could've took what I said into consideration, though still go with the correct method of installation."
