"DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I purchased a car from them April 2024. Within 3 weeks and 1,700 miles I had to have car towed to the closest dealership. I had the car diagnosed and was told that when the car was put back together the repair shop didn’t put transmission fluid in the car and there were multiple codes. To give me a complete diagnoses they would need take the front end off of the car to get into the engine department to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the vehicle since it had been in a front end collision. It would cost me approximately $850 just to get an estimate of repair costs So I called A & O Auto Plaza and asked them what they could do about the car they sold me. They said that they would fix it. They went to the dealership and towed the car back to their location and later that afternoon they said it was all repaired. Within 20 miles from their lot the transmission began slipping again and the engine light came back on. I had driven the car less than 2,000 miles. I asked them to take the car back and give me back my money less a $1,000. I’m willing to eat a $1,000 versus the $10,000 that I paid for the car. They asked me to bring the car back in to check with their diagnoses system. I said no, I’d prefer that. I feel comfortable with the car that my granddaughter is driving. So I asked him how much would they be willing to give me for the car? They told me that there is nothing wrong with the car - it’s the best Chrysler that they have sold. So I said if there’s nothing wrong with the car then why wouldn’t you want to take it back for $1000 less than what I gave you and consider that a profit? No response."

"Good and professional mechanic, especially American cars. He is very experienced with American cars. Also, he can get you parts cheaper, because he has accounts as a mechanic shop with dealerships and car part stores. He charges low money for labor compare to other mechanic shops."
