"Make sure they show you the financing details before you make the deal.. I told the salesman (Andy) I was looking for a 60 month term and he basically told me “Sure thing!”, however I am just now learning that they put me down for 72 months (which I had never agreed to, I made sure to mention that I was only looking for a 60 month term at most), which is an extra $4k total that I am paying for the vehicle. Lied to my face! Great learning experience, and will make sure I don’t make the same mistake believing car salesmen so easily, they are only there to make money off of you."
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I put money down on a vehicle to pick up - planning to drive this on our vacation. Twice the salesman called to say he had another buyer interested in this vehicle and both times he was told money was put down and was getting approved for financing with Revity Bank. I just received a call 2 days before my trip - salesman called saying they will NOT accept “Outside Financing” from other Banks. Revity Bank IS one of the banks Suntrup uses! I had already been approved for this vehicle - Suntrup refused to send over the buyers order to Revity!! What’s the REAL reason? Someone offer more money for the vehicle I put a deposit on? When I inquired about this and getting my deposit back, I was BLOCKED after referencing my attorney. This is a SHADY Dealership - I reported this Dealership to the BBB"
"5 Stars ++ When you are ready to lease or buy a hybrid ... shop here before you make your final decision and ask for Kyle Durbin ! Kyle is professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward, but most importantly he is respectful!! In 2021, he helped me with a lease (something I had not considered before) and always took the time to answer my questions. Recently, he guided me through the purchase of a Sonata Hybrid and I couldn't be happier (from emailing me the link for the credit application to helping me compare my options). I fully recommend him to ANYONE who is tired of gimmicks or car industry chauvinism. He is candid and objective when it comes to availability, pricing, and interest rates."
"Purchase of my 2024 Santa Fe went well. However just after one month it started throwing a code. I called several times and kept getting transferred every where except for the service department. I finally emailed the guy who sold me the car and he said he would have the service manager call me. I never got that call either They called me about a paper that they neglected to have me sign during my trade and that is when I finally got someone to get the service department to call me. They set me an appointment to bring it in When I go to the dealership there was no record of my appointment. They took it in anyway and gave me a much smaller vehicle as a loner. They had my car for 2 days and then it was a holiday and now Friday rolls around and I can see when they unlock and lock it and the gas going down from them driving it. I called to get an update and again I am transferred to a voice mail box stating it could take 72 hrs for a call back. This is horrible customer service all the way around. I have a brand new car I am paying for and can’t drive and can’t even get an update. In response to your response….my issue has not been resolved. You still have my Santa Fe waiting on a part to fix it (after I sent them info on what was possibly wrong because they had no idea what was causing the issue)"
"Had an awesome experience thanks to Tim and his team in the service department! They not only finished all of the repairs on my car way ahead of schedule, but were also completely transparent in explaining what was needed and why. Plus, the coordination was fantastic between the service dept and my insurance company; everything was 100% in-line with the initial estimate and it was probably the fastest turnaround time I’ve seen on meeting with an agent + getting final approval. I would definitely recommend the service center here; Tim was just incredibly helpful and communicative the entire time. Can’t recommend him enough. I really do appreciate all the hard work from him and the repair team, definitely a solid 5/5"
