"This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve had with a car rental company. Although this is only my second time renting here, it will certainly be my last. Not only was the service abysmal, but the location was also extremely overcrowded. Despite making a reservation, the car wasn’t ready even two hours after the scheduled pickup time. It’s clear that they have no regard for their customers’ time."
"The worst car rental I’ve been to. The people were very nice to work with. However the set up here is terrible. Go to the front desk. They give you a post it note to take to the tent. Then they have one person calling other people to bring the vehicle over? What on earth is going on here. Never seen this set up before. It’s terrible."
"They were seriously understaffed and most of the cars had damage or malfunctions. We spent a little over 1.5hrs getting a rental & had to get 3 different vehicles to get one that was working. *with that being said* TC was an absolute life saver. He was supposed to be moving cars and such and stopped because he saw the super long line and wanted to help out! He was nice and friendly and had a big smile the entire time! People are jerks when they don’t get their way or have to wait 0.005 seconds longer than they wanted to and he was still nice the entire time. The other 2 people working were older ladies. The girl with the black hair clearly had no idea what she was doing and you could tell she annoyed the other 2 with how they responded to her simple questions. The girl with the long blonde grey hair was helpful and quick but wasn’t the nicest and she also lied to a customer about ability to use a debit card. So yeah all in all this place needs better cars and more staffing but TC was super amazing so I want to give him 5 ⭐️ but the place overall was a 2 ⭐️"
"Here to echo those who complained of waiting in line for over an hour. I originally booked with Hertz then canceled and rebooked with Budget due to horror stories of Hertz not treating their customers fairly (google search can tell you plenty). Seems like it is a no win situation and will seriously consider booking with Turo next time. Also, the employees were rude and condescending and made me as a customer wish to escape from their wrath… I have worked in customer service before and can say from experience that is not the proper way to do business."
"If you are in line right now, do yourself a favor and take the 5 minute walk to Hertz! I waited at budget for over an hour while two employees worked as slow as molasses to take care of something like 30 customers. And then I got to the front of the line and they made up some story about my Expedia reservation being at the wrong budget location. But think they just didn't have enough cars! Walked to hertz and got in and out of there in the 10 minutes. Spent a few dollars less too!"
