"The lady on the office today was rude and argumentative. She wrongfully charged me for the moving blankets and dolly I didn’t use. She’s swearing that because the dolly was in the middle of the truck. So stupid. How about you keep them off the truck unless someone asks if you’re not going to believe your customer. Pathetic. So know I’m on hold with customer service trying to my charges corrected."
