"The absolute hands down worst provider ever! If there were any other service provider I'd choose them, but unfortunately they have a monopoly on the area. I set up a payment plan, after being unemployed for several months, and had my water reactivated. Two weeks later, they had construction from the water company being done, and I woke up to my water hose being completely removed and my account closed because a field agent noticed a "past due balance". I have 2 babies and no water now."

"Called the local water company for the last several years and it is out of service. Can call them, so call the national number and three time now my water has not been turned on. Its like pulling teeth to get service."
