"I’d recommend not going here and trying to go to a corporate T-Mobile store. Went in trying to get phones and account figured out and they told me they work on commissions and sense the account had already been set up they would not help. Makes sense if you’re on commission, however they represent a larger company and are very unwilling to help people within that company. I asked the assistant manager if he new of any corporate offices and just said no without attempt to offer any sense of help. The only extra he did was to call his manager to confirm they will not help us. Typically don’t give such harsh reviews but there was zero willingness to help from the assistant manager. I was the only one in the store, so it wasn’t due to lack of time."

"I was directed by customer service to go into a store to get my eSIM issue fixed. The person working told me that he couldn’t help me at all. Did not attempt to help me in any way. Went to the collinsville location and the guy there got my phone up and going in 30 seconds. Why work in customer service if you don’t want to help customers? Terrible customer service."

"I had the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Eli is AMAZING!!!!!! He helped me in so many ways. I have been an avid android user since cell phones first came out. Sine the rest of my family has iPhones, they convinced me to make the switch after I had a mishap with my android… smashed screen. Well let me tell you, NEVER ONCE was I pressured in ANY WAY to make a new purchase when I was dealing with Eli….rather he gave me my options, trying to save me money rather than making the sale!!!! Needless to say I made the switch anyway to iPhone…due to pressure from my family…. Long story short……ELI IS THE MAN TO SEE!!!!!!! He got me ALL SET UP, showed me how to use my new phone and offered assistance even going forward if needed. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Eli’s (Assistant Manager? Seriously?!) over all attitude and customer service leaves much to be desired. He did fix my problem. But don’t ask the man ANY questions because he doesn’t know. I wasn’t a customer of this particular location. The one down the street is where I used to go, but they closed. I will not be patronizing this location in the future. Technically they aren’t losing business, but they won’t be gaining any business from me at that location, big mistake, I love spending money… T-Mobile knows!"
