"I had a similar experience as another poster and based on what I've read online so have many others. I was told by the cashier that the VIP program was a simple rewards program for shopping in the store and that there were no costs associated with it. As it turns out they've charged my account twice, and I didn't catch it the previous month. I just canceled through their website and am currently waiting for the cancelation confirmation. I've only shopped at this location twice since it opened, but the whole experience rubbed me the wrong way, and I have no intention of shopping there in the future."
"Without my consent, I was signed up for the VIP program, after I said " no thank you, maybe another time". I have been charged since October 16th. I've sent emails, I checked the website/ app, and I had to call today to try and cancel my card. I am without a job, so making money is a bit of a hassle currently, but FYE doesn't care. I will spread the word, and let EVERY local know not to shop here, OR consider even walking through the doors. I can't believe I had to threaten with legal action for a single refund, due to the company allowing it's employees to enroll customers to be automatically signed up for a program that they did not consent to."
