"Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The trigger on our Dyson stick vacuum broke and the Dyson service center wanted us to replace the entire motor/charger for almost $400. We live out of town but decided to call Kirby to see if they could do a same day fix. He told us that they knew how to fix the issue and even offered to mail our vacuum back to us. It was fixed in a few days and he mailed it back to us for a grand total of $75. They cleaned it well and it worked perfectly. Amazing!"
"this review is left for the owner of this store. I was having a family outing at the D’Lua which is next to this business. There was no parking but with family waiting we decided to park in this building part of the lot. The business owner came out of the door complaining to me that we couldn’t have parked any closer in a rude tone. Once we had finished our meal and came back to the car we found a threatening note that told us to never park here again or we would get towed. In part I understand we were on his side of the lot but there was no need to be as rude as he was. If i could i would give 0 stars."
"Steve is extra caring. He goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. There are all makes & models of vacuums available. Very prompt, good prices, easy to find, lots of parking, helps load your vacuum into your vehicle & is so happy to see you!"
"I brought my carpet shampooer in which was not a Kirby and they repaired it in just a few days. Works like new! He also repaired the water tank for my tineco for no extra charge. Very friendly employees. Highly recommend for all your vacuum needs!"
