"I use to love shopping at Dillard's!! NOT anymore. The last few times I was there I was harassed, bullied and stalked by the store's security officer. This woman was literally an arm's length away from me the whole time I was there, making comments suggesting I was "up to something" and told me to leave before I "got myself in trouble" When I was trying on shoes yesterday she demanded I give her the shoes I was trying on and leave the store because what I was doing wasn't "right" apparently shoe shopping is a crime now ☹"

"This place... we have a love-hate relationship. The prices are good. But the place just gives me anxiety. It's so hard to navigate. It's worse than a thrift store. But when you are looking for a 1 off item or they have a clearance sale, you can't beat the prices."
