"Found out that Doug's Heating and Air has taken over Barnetts fireplace business. Needed some work to be done on our fire place. Called and they were very nice and after explaining want was going on they basically new what the problem was. Said they would order the part and we set up an appointment. They are very busy so had to wait about 10 days for my appointment. The service gentleman was very nice and explained want needed to be done after testing. New part was installed along with a new remote. Very happy with Doug's."
