T-Mobile Authorized Retailer 4500 16th Street, Moline, IL 61265

"Boyfriend went to this location to switch to T-mobile. The person put him on the wrong plan and didn’t even properly execute the promotion he was eligible for. He specifically told my boyfriend they didn’t have any trade-in promotions, but when he switched he would get an $830 bill credit toward a new phone. He said it would take 1-2 months for it to show up on his bill. He’s had service for two months and hasn’t seen a bill credit. Called 611 and surprise surprise, the promotion required my boyfriend to trade in his old phone. By this point he’d already sold it. Even the person he talked to on the phone at T-Mobile said not to come to this store anymore, everything he told my boyfriend about his plan and promotion were wrong, and they’re putting in a ticket to investigate this store. Grateful for the phone rep that helped me straighten things out. Avoid this location like the plague."

"We had the worst experience with this store. I would have done zero stars if it would have let it. The representative that helped us start our new service was not trained at all. She gave us so much wrong information that we are now in collections with our previous phone provider. We were "given" two watches that were supposed to be part of getting the new plan with tmobile only to find out that we are now paying for them and the plans they come with. We were told we could switch over from Verizon and have our old phone paid off which was a complete lie. The only promotion we would have been eligible for was the keep and switch which now we aren't because they had us get new phones with the service. So not only do we owe money to collections for Verizon we are paying on watches and brand new phones through tmobile when we could of just kept out old phone. Do not go to this store they have no idea what they are talking about and they will do anything just to get their sale."

"CT and Heaven are both WONDERFUL! I spent 14 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and my issues were never fixed. I went to the store on 41st Avenue Drive (near Kohl's) and Steven, the Manager, lied and said because I didn't order in store and instead ordered via 1-800-T-Mobile they couldn't help me. He is 100% incompetent and a liar. I left in tears and even more frustrated. I then contacted this store and CT and Heaven fixed my problems over the phone within minutes. Amazing service!! Thank you to both of these wonderful individuals!! Truly amazing service!"
